Terms & Conditions

W.T. Home Centre Terms & Conditions of Sale

W.T Home Centre may, at our discretion, make alteration, amend, add or remove these terms at any time. Please look up these terms and conditions regularly to be certain of your rights


1. DELIVERY

  • We will deem delivery of goods to have taken place when they have been unloaded from our vehicle at your selected delivery address.
  • We ask that you inspect your delivered items immediately and ring to appraise us of any visible damage to the items on the same day.
  • We must advise delivery fees charged do not require us to unpack or assemble furniture. (if required further charges will be accrued)
  • Deliveries are only to just inside the main front door of the residence. Any other areas are subject to further charges.
  • Customers must ensure that there is suitable access to the building.
  • If you require us to assemble or unpack your furniture you must make this known when you place your order. (if not booked we will not be able to do this on the same day)
  • If we are required to take items upstairs you will need to book this when placing your order.
  • We endeavor to deliver our items within seven days but customers should be aware that due to stock shortages or high volume of deliveries it may take longer. If  the delay is down to stock shortages out of our control we are always happy to offer an alternative option.
  • Customers should be aware that if the area is not cleared prior to assembly we are within our rights to leave and ask you to rearrange for another date.

 

2. GUARANTEE / WARRANTIES

All items carry a standard variable guarantee of at least six months against faulty workmanship, faults found within this period will be rectified. 

We encourage you to contact us within a reasonable period and we will always endeavour to help.


3. SIZES / FINISHES / DESCRIPTIONS/ SPECIFICATIONS

All sizes quoted are accurate. Pictures shown on the website are examples of the delivered item; your product is supplied to you in the knowledge that there may be minor variation in colour, veneer and grain, especially on wooden and metal goods. There may be slight technical difference and your product may vary from what is shown. We assure you that any changes made will be to an equal or superior standard.
 

4. RETURNS

If goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

You are only able to claim a refund for the first thirty days after which you are deemed to have accepted them and it is entirely up to you to prove a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear of use.

All damages should be reported within the first twenty four hours so that we are able to deal with problems swiftly. After this time period it will be more difficult and a solution will take longer to find.

All items should be returned with the original packaging and the original receipts.

We are unable to exchange or refund a mattress if it has been in your residence for over twenty four hours if you change your mind.

Assembled items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If there is a flaw with an item that you have paid for us to assemble we require you to give us a chance to rectify the issue.

Our policy is to offer an exchange of goods and/or a credit note.

It should be noted that if you change your mind about an item we are not obliged to exchange/refund and anything that we do is within our discretion.


5. WEBSITE INACCURACY POLICY.

All information given on this website is subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to withdraw an offer in the event of website error or accidental inaccuracy. If an offer changes due to website error we will endeavour to deliver an identical or similar item for your order. All products are subject to availability.
